A pretty detached single storey holiday cottage, with its own secure and private garden, set in peaceful countryside overlooking open fields. Clinton Cottage sleeps 2/4 +cot. The cottage is cosy and tastefully furnished and has double glazing and is well insulated. This very popular and self-contained cottage is very well equipped to a high standard.


Bedroom Attractive bedroom with double bed, duvet, electric blanket and clock/radio alarm. Lounge Lounge with large colour TV with digital freeview, video recorder, radio, double bed settee which can accommodate an extra two adults if required. Kitchen Well equipped kitchen/diner with electric hob and oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, filter coffee maker, washer dryer, fitted cupboards and ample workspace. Bathroom Luxury bathroom with shell shaped suite, bath shower with glazed shower screen, wash basin and WC, shaver point and heated towel rail. Garden Your own private garden with patio, garden furniture and Barbecue and shared use of the tennis court/ croquet lawn.
Water is heated by an electric immersion heater. Electric wall mounted heaters in all rooms. Electricity by £1 coin meter. Children Welcome: cot available Pets permitted by arrangement free of charge. Ample car parking space. Bed linen, towels and tea towels provided free of charge.

Accessibility
Unfortunately, neither the house or the cottage are wheelchair accessible,
but the cottage is an excellent choice for travellers who are not in wheelchairs, but have limited mobility.
