Head south from East Dereham on the B1135; at Yaxham head towards Mattishall. Clint Green in 1 mile from Yaxham. Turn right opposite the school/ PO and continue for 200 metres. Clinton House and cottage are on the left. Enter the first driveway for Clinton House and park anywhere up to the Well. Enter the second driveway for Clinton Cottage and park to the right of the Well and House. Entrance to the cottage is through a gate to the right of the house.
